Fin Set-Up: Serious Gun A larger middle fin is for holding power at high-end speeds in the pocket and off the bottom. Two smaller side fins contain that speed. This fin set-up neutralizes cavitation (when the tail lifts and the board becomes ''squirrelly''). This commonly occurs at maximum speeds attained when riding huge waves. |
