Fin Set-Up: Tri-Fin Bottom shape: Flat with vee beginning back 1/3 and peak between fins and flat behind rear fin. The final sweep off the tail rocker beginning at 22” up from tail to create a sweet spot for turning. Double barrel between fins for speed. Rails: Thin with a flatter deck which allows the volume to be brought out to the rails or a mild dome with tapered soft rail. The bottom edges are tucked under and softened like a standard issue 6’2”. Tail shape: Round squash or round pin. The outline accelerating in synergy with fin placement. Foil: Foiled out like a short board. Thin to thick to thin meant to be driven and turned rather than trimmed, so the nose and tail taper to reduce bulk and corkiness which shortens turning reaction time.
