Ordering Information

Most surfers have a basic idea of what they want, whether it be a beginner longboard, gun or something in between. It is the undecided customer that will need help with making decisions on the finer points of a board. I can help you make that decision as to what the right board for you will be by asking a few simple questions:

About Your Surfboard:

1. Size of board do you usually surf?
2. Type of board do you usually ride?
3. Where do you intend to use the board?
4. Type of waves usually ridden?
5. Size of waves usually ridden?

About You: How old are you? What is your height? What is your weight? How long have you been surfing? What is your fitness level? Frequency of surfing (i.e., everyday, weekend warrior, 2/month, beginner etc.)? Is float ion and paddling a major factor in the design?

After the basics are answered, a dialog is needed to really fine tune a custom board. I will ask you about your previous boards and what you did/not like about them. From there, I will be able to dial in to make the right board for you.

To get an order started, give me a call or send an e-mail to me. Once I know what kind of board you need, I'll ask for a $100 deposit to be sent.  Please make checks payable to Dennis Pang Surfboards. Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) are accepted via telephone, a 3% surcharge will be applied to the total at the time of processing. Surfboard production time, approximatly 4 to 6 weeks. Paddleboard production time, approximatly 6-8 weeks.
